A semi-spontaneous decision to move across the world has brought me to the outskirts of Seoul, South Korea, where I was born but have no knowledge about its complexities, its aromas, its people, its language, its history or cultural ticks. So I have returned to begin my life as an English teacher, as a foreigner in my native land, as a collector of histories and mixed stories that make us so uniquely imperfect and whole.
